Garlic Fest 2000

What a successful festival! Take a look at these photos and see what went on.

This is what the inside of the booth looked like.  We had garlic in baskets of every size and shape, each labelled so customers could find what they wanted.  It was pretty crowded at times!

Mark made custom braids if people couldn't find a braid that met their garlic needs.  Many people liked to watch.

Craig flew all the way from Dallas, and it is hard to imagine how we could have run such a smooth operation without him.  He loves spices!

This customer was from Washington D.C.  She looks like she was pretty happy with her purchase.

Here is our booth from the outside.  You can see that we use garlic stalks and flowers for decoration, and we hang lots of braids inside the booth.  Our tent was nearly twice as long as it was last year.

Dad helped Heather with the Taste Test Table.  Here he is offering a customer some bread dipped in Mediterranean Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Dipping Sauce.

We had a wonderful selection of beautiful wreaths.  Every wreath had garlic in it!  This was one of my favorites.  In between the ornamental corn you can see garlic flowers.
