What can we say? It's one of Gretchen's favorites. Why? It has only 4 or 5 big fat brown cloves. It has a bark, but not much of a bite. That is to say, the mild finish leaves you wanting more. It's not overpowering, but mmmm it's good!  It is of the variety called "purple stripe".  Most strains in this variety have 8-12 cloves per bulb.
