What can we say, everybody and his uncle grows this for high production. This is what you might secretly buy in the grocery store. The bottom line is, OURS IS BETTER! 

This is from the "artichoke" variety, so named because the cloves overlap each other like an artichoke.  There can be anywhere from 3 to 5 layers of cloves, with no more than 12 in a bulb.
