The
Mediterranean Sun Dried Tomato-Basil Marinade and Dipping Sauce. What a
mouthful! It is a terrific product, no matter how lengthy the name
is. I like to use it in stir-fry recipes. Virginia likes to use it
to saute vegetables, when she wants a tomato-like flavor. It's good for
dipping bread, as the name suggests, but it's also nice to put on pizza crust
before baking, or on bread before it goes in the oven. I use it in any
recipe that calls for olive oil when I want more flavor (which is ALWAYS).
