One of our most favorite garlics. We just can get any size to it! Don't let the smooth, mahogany-colored, petite cloves fool you, though, this packs a real wallop in every bite. After a mild winter it may not pack such a punch, but it sure is sweet tasting.  It is of the variety called Rocambole.  This variety typically produces large cloves.
