I like to use it in stir-fry recipes. Virginia, one of our critics, likes to use it to sauté vegetables, when she wants a tomato-like flavor. It's good for dipping bread, as the name suggests, but it's also nice to put on pizza crust before baking or on bread before it goes in the oven. I use it in any recipe that calls for olive oil when I want more flavors (which is ALWAYS).
