Gretchen's all-time favorite (yeah, another one with "rose" in the name.....). Pretty bulbs, a strong garlicky flavor, and long storing makes it fault-less in her mind.

From the "silverskin" variety.  No more than 12 cloves per bulb, wrapped around in maybe 3 layers.
