We love to harvest this strain! When it's pulled out of the ground the air is filled with a sweet smell of garlic. Pink-pearl colored, the flavor is also sweet with a spicy zing at the end. It's one of our favorites. 

It is of the variety called "purple stripe".  Most strains in this variety have 8-12 cloves per bulb.
