The beautiful purple cloves make it a pleasure to harvest. Can you say PEPPERY three times fast? This garlic has been consistently peppery over the years, and we have no reason to think it's going to be any different this year. Even though it's peppery, there is not much aftertaste. The cloves are easy to peel. It's one of our best sellers.  It is of the variety called "purple stripe".  Most strains in this variety have 8-12 cloves per bulb.
