This is a hotty! It may only have 4 or 5 cloves per bulb, but WOW! The taste keeps going and going. It stores well, too.  It's of the variety named "porcelain".  Bulbs in this variety typically have bright white bulb wrappers and there are no more than 6 big cloves per bulb.
