This one is not too hot or strong, but has great garlic flavor. These pretty bulbs with fat cloves store well. What isn't there to like?

It's of the variety named "porcelain".  Bulbs in this variety typically have bright white bulb wrappers and there are no more than 6 big cloves per bulb.
