One of Gretchen's all-time favorites (can she really tell them apart, or does she just like anything with "rose" in it?). It's not too hot or strong, but has great garlic flavor. These pretty bulbs with fat cloves store well. What isn't there to like? She actually hides a secret stash for herself, she likes this so much.
