Spanish Roja is one of our best sellers. When grown well (which it always is), its flavor represents the perfect garlic flavor. This strain usually performs poorly in mild winter climates, but we have not had any problems. You probably knew that ROJA is Spanish for RED.  It is of the variety called Rocambole.  This variety typically produces large cloves.
